She requested my ID proof and assured me that no audition was necessary as my profile was locked for the role directly.She then asked for a payment, stating it was for an artist card, and promised that I would receive a confirmation call within five days. However, after waiting for a week and receiving no communication, I followed up with her. She kept delaying the response.Eventually, I received a call from another woman named Cinderella (Phone number: 9930475503), who claimed to be the one Kashish had mentioned. However, instead of confirming any role, she changed the narrative — saying I would be offered "something else" and then stated that no work could be provided as I am a fresher.This clearly appears to be a case of misrepresentation and manipulation, using a well-known production house's name to lure aspiring actors, take money for artist cards, and then provide no work or genuine opportunities I believe this is a fraudulent practice that needs to be addressed. Ramchandra Kushwaha asked for amount Rs. 3000/- for registering with his company in order to get me casted for upcoming TV & Film, Web etc. Also, he said, if he couldn't provide work in 20-30 days hardly, he'll return whole amount. Also, he said, if I give more time like 1 year, he will definitely provide work. If not, he will refund with loan interest like what happens in bank when u take loan or when u mortgage anything in jewellery shop. I asked many, many and many times but he didn't return. Again I asked in December 2024, but he repeatedly went on giving excuses like I'll return in 1 week, I'll return tomorrow, I'll return on 5th of Jan and so on..He promised almost 200 times to return. I went to police station also bt they suggested me to go for consumers court. When I summed up the amount in three years, It was some almost 10000 (including interest). Then I decided to search him out. I found many information about him. He had taken money from more than 100 people but never returned as some of my known people told me. The people who told me about Ramchandra Kushwaha are 1) Tanaji 2) Ashok Nath 3) Alishaand many more.These people told me that even they r cheated. So, conclusion is that Ramchandra Kushwaha has returned only 2000 till today. Still remaining 7000. One more thing, his number is only available on WhatsApp call. So plz get my money returned. I went on the set and came to know that he lied and that project was a feature cast project. I backed out from the project and asked him for my payment of one day which I did. He denied. Not received any agreement nor my payment. He tooo commitment from me for the month of April so because of my words I didn’t picked any work for the entire month and later realised that he is a fake casting person. I wasted my one month because of him.
